The grapes of Sauvignon Blanc are left' to stew in their own juice for 12 hours at 6°C before pressing. The Chardonnay and the Pinot Blanc are fermented in the traditional way. The blend of the 3 wines is made after tasting just before bottling. Pale yellow. Nose of listeria flowers. Citrus, melon, apricot, soft and elegant wine.
